Job Description
Keller is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior PR Manager to lead public relations efforts and enhance brand awareness. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive PR campaigns, managing media relations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive reputation-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage effective public relations strategies to strengthen the company's brand and public image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Serve as a spokesperson and coordinate media interviews and press conferences.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to ensure aligned messaging across channels.
- Manage crisis communications and develop plans to mitigate potential risks.
- Lead and mentor junior PR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations network and ability to engage effectively with journalists and influencers.
- Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency with PR monitoring and analytics tools.
