About the job
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our global marketing analytics team, sitting alongside our regional analytics business partners (EMEA and APJ). This position is needed to help fuel insights to our International Marketing teams. You will be responsible for analytics across our B2B and B2C funnels, diving into our Marketing engine that powers developers across the world who use and love Twilio products, as well as surfacing high potential opportunities for our Sales teams. You will be part of a highly visible Analytics team that serves as the trusted advisor to our regional VPs of Marketing. You will get to work with great minds across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance. A truly horizontal role and opportunity to build strong relationships!
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Analysis & Insight: Dive deep into marketing performance data across the EMEA region, identifying trends, successes, and areas for improvement. Your analyses will form the backbone of our strategic marketing decisions, enabling us to sharpen our focus and optimize our approaches.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide evidence-based recommendations to the VP of Marketing and the broader marketing organization. Your insights will inform adjustments in our marketing strategies, ensuring they are aligned with our regional revenue goals and broader company objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales strategy and analytics, global marketing, and customer engagement teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to market analysis and strategy implementation. As a bridge between data and strategy, your role will be pivotal in fostering internal solid partnerships.
- Innovation & Optimisation: Champion using advanced analytics, marketing technologies, and data-driven insights to fuel innovation within our marketing practices. Your forward-thinking mindset will contribute to our continuous quest for excellence in customer engagement.
- Reporting & Communication: Craft and deliver compelling presentations and reports that distill complex data into clear, actionable insights. Your ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization will ensure that insights lead to action.

*Required:
- At least 5 years of analytical experience with fluency in analytics tools (e.g. Python, Looker, SQL, Tableau)
- 3+ years of experience leveraging data to uncover insights, and communicating to leadership teams to influence business strategy
- A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional teams and is adept at building relationships across diverse groups.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation and improvement in marketing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics, data science, or similar fields will be highly regarded.
- Experience working on or with AI products (e.g., LLMs, copilots, RAG apps, workflow tools).
Desired:
- Prior direct experience building or co-building an MMM model, or working as an embedded analytics partner to an MMM/data science team.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing analytics, consulting, or an agency environment.
- Experience working across multiple regions or in a global, matrixed organization.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in India (Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Delhi).
Travel
