Job Description

Location: Remote Field-Based Position (US-Based)

Travel: Up to 50% (domestic)

Position Summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Senior Manager of Professional Education to drive the medical education for our Interventional Cardiology portfolio along with potential other cardiac imaging areas. This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker who understands the intersection of clinical evidence, physician behavior, and market development.

You will be responsible for the "End-to-End" educational journey of Interventional Cardiologists. While you will oversee high-level execution, your primary responsibility lies in curriculum design, global KOL cultivation, and the integration of CCTA & the Heartflow Platform including FFRCT, Plaque Analysis & PCI Navigator clinical data into peer-to-peer learning opportunities. You will act as the bridge between Medical Affairs, Marketing, and the Cath Lab to ensure HeartFlow is the standard of care.

Responsibilities

  • Educational Roadmap & Vision: Collaborate and execute a multi-year educational strategy. Move beyond individual events to create a "Curriculum of Excellence" that takes a physician from "Interested" to "Proctor/Luminary."
  • Scientific Narrative Development: Partner with Medical Affairs to translate complex clinical data (e.g., P4, NAVIGATE-PCI) into digestible, high-impact educational content for symposia and workshops.
  • Global KOL Advocacy: Identify and cultivate a global network of "Rising Star" and "Established" Interventional Cardiologists.
  • Advanced Fellows Strategy: Lead the design of specialized curricula for Interventional Cardiology Fellows, ensuring the next generation of physicians is "HeartFlow-first" in their diagnostic approach.
  • Program Leadership: Collaborate on the strategic presence at Tier-1 congresses (e.g., TCT, SCAI). This includes defining the "hook" for satellite symposia, and selecting the right faculty.
  • Technology Integration: Champion the use of advanced educational tools to enhance the "hands-on" experience of PCI Navigator and the Heartflow platform.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as the "Voice of the Physician" in internal meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure educational gaps are being addressed in our strategy.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10+ years in Medical Education, Professional Relations, or Clinical Marketing within the Medical Device/Biotech space. (At least 5 years specifically supporting Interventional Cardiology).
  • Clinical Fluency: Deep understanding of the Interventional Cardiology landscape, including PCI planning, coronary physiology, and the shift toward non-invasive diagnostics.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-level faculty relationships and navigating the complex
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. An advanced degree (MS, MBA, PharmD, or PhD) in a scientific or business discipline is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary compensation range is $165,000 - $200,000 per year, bonus, and equity. #LI-Remote #LI-IB
