Your Impact
Axon's Investor Relations team sits at the intersection of strategy, finance and storytelling. We help shape how the investment community understands one of the most dynamic growth companies in the market, translating our financial performance, business momentum and long-term vision into a compelling narrative for shareholders and prospective investors.
As a key member of a small, high-performing team, you will partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate across Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, Marketing and Communications to help communicate Axon's growth story to the capital markets. You'll contribute to earnings preparation, investor engagement, industry and competitive analysis, strategic projects and the development of materials that support conversations with investors and analysts around the world.

Work Location
Hybrid Presence based near our US Hubs - Boston, New York City or San Francisco. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations to execute Axon's investor relations strategy and support engagement with shareholders, analysts and prospective investors
- Develop a deep understanding of Axon's business, financial performance, products, competitive positioning and long-term growth strategy
- Help craft and refine Axon's investment narrative by synthesizing financial results, business developments, industry trends and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling communications
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, Q&A documents and other communications for investors, analysts and internal stakeholders
- Support quarterly earnings processes, including financial analysis, earnings materials, conference call preparation and investor follow-up
- Analyze industry trends, peer performance, analyst models and investor feedback to identify insights and inform management's understanding of market perceptions
- Build and maintain financial models, analyst consensus tracking, valuation analyses and peer benchmarking frameworks
- Support and cultivate relationships with members of the investment community, including analysts, existing shareholders and prospective investors
- Coordinate and support investor-facing events, including earnings calls, analyst days, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and shareholder meetings
- Manage and enhance investor relations infrastructure, including the investor relations website, investor targeting efforts, CRM databases and third-party IR platforms
- Partner with teams across Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all investor touchpoints
- Support corporate responsibility reporting and related stakeholder engagement initiatives, including collaboration with internal teams and external ratings organizations
- Become a trusted resource for investor and analyst inquiries by helping deliver timely, accurate and thoughtful responses
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, strategy, consulting or a similarly analytical role
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, evaluate business performance and distill complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and communicate confidently with a variety of audiences
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently high-quality work
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to deeply understand Axon's business, products, customers and markets
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and functions
- Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly
- High integrity, sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Receptive to feedback, committed to continuous learning and motivated to grow alongside the company
- Experience with FactSet, Bloomberg or other financial information platforms is preferred
