Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics based in United States. This role leads the strategy, execution, and evolution of analytics capabilities that power critical go-to-market decisions. You will build and manage a high-performing analytics team responsible for delivering trusted insights across the customer lifecycle. The position serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Success, Product, Operations, and executive leadership teams. You will define measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting standards that improve visibility into business performance.   • Accountabilities: The Senior Manager, GTM Intelligence and Analytics will own the development of analytical strategies, reporting frameworks, and business insights that support go-to-market performance. This role combines people leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on analytics to ensure teams have the information needed to make effective decisions. Lead GTM analytics strategy from pipeline development through customer success, retention, and business performance, creating a unified view of organizational health. Build, mentor, and develop a team of analytics and business intelligence professionals through hiring, coaching, goal setting, and career development. Establish analytical standards, frameworks, and operating models that improve consistency, accuracy, and business impact. Own executive reporting and visualization strategies, ensuring dashboards and metrics directly support leadership decisions and strategic priorities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Analytics, Data Science, Systems, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and translate business questions into actionable insights. Act as a strategic thought partner by challenging assumptions, defining the right questions, and guiding teams toward data-driven solutions. Ensure data quality and reporting reliability by collaborating with technical teams on data structures, processes, and analytics foundations. Manage prioritization, quality control, and delivery standards for recurring reporting, strategic analysis, and ad hoc business needs. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics leader with a strong background in business intelligence, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. They combine technical expertise with executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex information into meaningful business recommendations. 10+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, analytics, or related data-driven roles, including experience building decision-making and financial models. 2+ years of direct experience managing, developing, and scaling analytics or BI teams. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics and visualization tools, with experience transforming complex datasets into executive-ready insights. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or another quantitative discipline. Proven ability to lead teams, establish operating rhythms, and create environments focused on quality, accountability, and growth. Strong strategic mindset with demonstrated experience influencing business decisions through analytics rather than simply reporting results. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex insights clearly to executives and cross-functional audiences. Ability to navigate ambiguity, define problems independently, and create practical solutions in fast-changing environments. Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product, Operations, and other technical and business teams. Strong business judgment and the ability to balance analytical rigor with customer, operational, and commercial priorities. Benefits: Competitive annual base salary: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington DC: $144,800 - $231,200. Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia: $137,500 - $219,700. Eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.
