Job Description

Spring Health is looking for a solutions-focused Localization Program Manager to support our continued global expansion and strengthening of our existing offerings. This role will report to the Director, Localization and is a full time position that is fully remote. Occasional travel may be required for team or company events. 

What you'll do:

  • Solidify Spring Health’s leadership position in offering high quality localized mental health care services globally. 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality framework, including testing processes and standards.
  • Define and track key quality metrics and drive continuous quality improvement across all localized products and content.
  • Oversee testing cycles, manage bug reporting/triage, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, ops).
  • Own the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials).
  • Track and improve the quality performance of external localization vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and tooling integrations specifically for quality and testing workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (design, UX, R&D) to improve the quality of our global member experience. 

What success looks like in this role:

  • Build & deliver the Spring Health localization quality strategy & roadmap.
  • Implement a quality framework to measure and improve the localized Spring Health experience.
  • Reduce customer escalations related to localization quality.

What you'll bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience localization program management, quality management, AI/machine translation, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and measure localization quality standards and metrics.
  • Experience with localization tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in root cause analysis and issue prevention.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in another language is preferred. 

The target base salary range for this position is $97,000 - $113,500 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
