You
As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will own the performance and execution of Seed’s paid acquisition channels. You will be responsible for translating high-level growth targets into best-in-class channel strategy and execution driving efficient customer acquisition through rigorous optimization, creative innovation, and data-driven decision making.
You will act as the connective tissue between agency partners, creative, influencer, and analytics teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. A key part of your role will be leading and scaling Seed’s whitelisting and creator amplification efforts, partnering closely with the Creative Strategist to unlock high-performing, conversion-driven creative.
This role requires a strong operator mindset; someone who is equally comfortable being hands-on in-platform, managing external partners, and shaping testing roadmaps that drive meaningful business impact. You will play a critical role in hitting CAC and subscriber targets, while continuously pushing the boundaries of performance through creative, channel, and process innovation.

Who you are:
Proven track record managing and scaling paid acquisition channels with 7+ years of experience in a high-growth DTC environment.Deep expertise in paid social acquisition with an emphasis on Meta and TikTok.Consistent record of meeting and exceeding ambitious channel targets and business outcomes.Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights across creative, audience, and bidding strategies.Strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals, including CAC efficiency, incrementality, attribution, and marginal return dynamics (+ how to apply them in execution).Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in evolving business objectives, new product launches, KPIs, and insights.Experienced in managing external agencies as an extension of your team, setting clear expectations, holding a high performance bar, and ensuring work is aligned to business goals.Deep understanding of creator-led and whitelisted advertising, with the ability to operationalize and scale programs that drive performance through authentic, high-converting creative.Excellent communicator and collaborator who can clearly articulate performance, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners, including creative, influencer, and analytics teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of select paid channels with a constant focus on finding incremental opportunities to support the business
- Serve as the primary manager of the paid media agency, setting strategy, reviewing performance, guiding optimizations, and ensuring high-quality, timely execution aligned to growth goals.
- Lead and scale Seed’s whitelisting / creator amplification program in partnership with the creative strategist and influencer team ensuring strong creator selection, clear briefing, and performance-driven iteration.
- Partner closely with the creative strategist, internal brand team and external creative agencies to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative
- Translate high-level growth targets into channel-level execution plans, including budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting support.
- Drive a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, and platform features ensuring learnings are documented and applied.
- Collaborate with the broader team to leverage attribution, incrementality, and performance drivers, ensuring decisions are grounded in the best available data.
- Stay on the cutting edge of platform changes, creator trends, and emerging tools (including AI) to continuously improve performance.
The annual pay range for this full-time position is $150k-$170k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required.
