Job Description
  • This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Customer Value Manager based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to drive customer success and measurable business impact for enterprise software solutions. The Senior Customer Value Manager will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to retention and expansion. You will partner closely with customers and internal teams to define success strategies, demonstrate value, and accelerate technology adoption. The position combines customer engagement, technical consulting, solution delivery, and strategic account management. Working with enterprise organizations in complex and regulated industries, you will help clients maximize their software investments and achieve operational improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.
  • Accountabilities: The Senior Customer Value Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, measurable value delivery, and long-term growth. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution. Own the complete customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion strategies. Define customer success objectives and establish clear value frameworks aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes. Deliver quantified insights into customer impact, including efficiency improvements, reduced training efforts, increased adoption, and operational benefits. Partner with Sales teams on new opportunities and expansions by supporting solution design, technical evaluations, proof of concepts, security reviews, and proposal processes. Lead hands-on customer delivery activities, including configuration, deployment, adoption measurement, and post-launch optimization. Develop renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, manage customer risks, and maintain accurate forecasts. Analyze customer usage data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders and budget owners. Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, including senior executives, business leaders, and technical teams. Collaborate with distributed teams across regions to ensure consistent customer outcomes and successful implementations. Identify opportunities to improve customer programs, processes, and post-sales strategies as the market grows. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced customer success or solutions professional with a strong background in enterprise software delivery and value realization. This role requires technical confidence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex customer relationships. 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, account management, or a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software. Demonstrated experience deploying and operating software solutions, beyond managing customer relationships alone. Experience with solution design, technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and customer evaluations. Strong understanding of customer value management, adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes. Ability to analyze usage data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced scale-up environment with ownership of priorities and outcomes. Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones. Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing is preferred. Familiarity with implementation partners, delivery teams, or post-sales operations is a plus. Interest or experience in building and mentoring future customer success teams is beneficial. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 plus performance-based bonus opportunities. Uncapped commission potential and equity participation in a high-growth environment. Flexible benefits supporting financial security, health and wellness, and lifestyle needs. Generous vacation policy combining competitive US compensation with a European-style time-off approach. Opportunity to own and grow a new market with potential leadership progression. Work with an innovative product designed for rapid deployment and measurable customer impact. Weekly 1:1 coaching, personal development plans, skills assessments, and learning opportunities. Budget support for professional events, certifications, and training. Flexible remote work environment.
