Our partner is looking for a Senior Consultant - Indirect Spend/Purchased Services based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to help healthcare organizations unlock measurable value through smarter indirect spending and purchased-services strategies.   • Accountabilities Lead analytics-driven consulting initiatives focused on indirect spend and purchased services, delivering strategic insights and measurable value for healthcare clients. Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into compelling analytical stories, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for senior and executive stakeholders. Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities and workstreams designed to solve complex business problems and achieve defined client outcomes. Lead indirect spend projects from strategy development through implementation, ensuring work remains aligned with statement-of-work objectives, timelines, and expected results. Manage project scope, strategy, implementation schedules, communications, and stakeholder expectations throughout each engagement. Identify potential barriers to project success, communicate risks proactively, and coordinate effective resolutions to maintain project momentum. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with client leadership to build alignment, support informed decisions, and drive behavioral change. Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a knowledgeable advisor throughout engagements. Mentor junior consultants on data interpretation, analytical techniques, project delivery, and consulting best practices. Contribute to the evolution of consulting services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital that support business development and practice growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic background preferred. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, with consulting experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience advising on indirect spend or purchased services within a healthcare provider environment. Strong expertise in analytics-driven consulting, strategic advisory, and business problem solving. Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and turn analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for senior and executive-level audiences. Strong analytical storytelling skills, including the ability to develop practical roadmaps and translate data into actionable business decisions. Experience identifying and engaging key stakeholders while managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize workstreams, maintain timelines, manage scope, and communicate progress effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence facilitating discussions with healthcare leaders and other senior stakeholders. Ability to build trusted client relationships and influence decisions through sound analysis, strategic thinking, and effective communication. Willingness and ability to travel regularly and, when necessary, on short notice to meet client needs and project timelines. Benefits Competitive salary: Estimated base salary range of $88,900–$155,500 annually, with actual compensation determined by skills, experience, organizational needs, and geographic factors.
