This role combines hands-on Azure DevOps engineering with Agile delivery leadership, supporting enterprise clients across cloud transformation and application delivery initiatives. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, enabling DevSecOps practices, and ensuring smooth, reliable cloud deployments. Alongside technical responsibilities, you will actively contribute to Agile project execution using Jira, ensuring structured and transparent delivery cycles. The position requires strong client-facing capabilities, as you will work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans. You will operate in a consulting environment where both technical depth and delivery ownership are essential. This is an impactful role for someone who enjoys blending cloud engineering expertise with structured project execution in dynamic client engagements.
• Accountabilities: Design, implement, and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM, and Bicep Configure and manage Azure DevOps environments including repositories, pipelines, permissions, and project settings Support Azure cloud services including App Services, AKS, Functions, SQL, and Storage Implement DevSecOps practices including security scanning, approvals, and governance controls Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure issues to ensure stable delivery pipelines Manage Agile delivery using Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable development tasks Track project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring delivery alignment Engage directly with client stakeholders for requirement gathering, planning, and status reporting Ensure high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client satisfaction and communication Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Azure DevOps, DevOps engineering, or cloud delivery roles 3+ years of experience managing Agile projects or delivery streams using Jira Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, including pipelines and repositories Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep Familiarity with Azure cloud services such as AKS, App Services, Functions, SQL, and Storage Strong client-facing experience in consulting or professional services environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience integrating Jira with DevOps tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps is a plus Azure certifications (AZ-400, AZ-104, AZ-305) and Agile certifications (CSM, PMP, SAFe) are preferred Ability to balance hands-on engineering with delivery ownership in billable consulting environments Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with senior consulting expertise Opportunity to work on diverse enterprise cloud transformation projects Strong career progression path toward Principal Consultant roles Exposure to large-scale Azure DevOps and Agile delivery environments Collaborative and delivery-focused consulting culture Opportunity to work directly with global enterprise clients Continuous learning through complex technical and delivery engagements Professional development supported by certifications and hands-on project experience
