If you want to be involved in creating the future of online retail, and are dynamic, organized, and a self-starter join our Central Flow Team As an of Central Flow, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Fulfillment Centers (FCs) operations during peaks, develop tactical initiatives to improve planning process and lead strategical activities to maximize performance and cost. You are expected to have a steep learning curve in learning planning systems settings and other flow related tools and become a subject matter expert in flow management. You will need to be very knowledgeable in Excel as this team will depend on multiple tools based on the software. Key job responsibilities - Be the Leader of key metrics and monitor / Act implementing sustainable actions for main risks metrics building comprehensive action plans and monitoring its implementation - Build informative communication on main metrics in order to drive awareness and monitoring actions within FCs - Provide quick response to daily trends during normal days and during peaks - Provide training within Central Flow team to improve team fluency on key metrics
Basic Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field - Experience working in an operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
