  • The strategic importance of creator commerce led us to re-organize ourselves as Creator Success, which is a part of the Emerging Markets Marketing Organization. The vision of the IN-Creator success team is to “build India’s most compelling Commerce Creator program by offering Creators best-in-class monetization opportunities for their content and providing them enablers to earn ‘fame and love’ from their audiences.” Creator Success drives offsite programs like the Amazon Influencer Program and the Fashion Influencer Program. Onsite, it's charter includes Amazon Live and Video Shopping Experiences. We also work on brand x creator partnerships for onsite programs, with partner teams We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us drive key marketing objectives across business lines for Amazon by understanding central capabilities around media, content, creative and measurement. If you enjoy the content space, want to work in a start up like environment with diverse stakeholders across category management, product management, marketing, ads and content production – this is a great opportunity for you. Key job responsibilities - Be part of the rocket ship building the Creator Commerce opportunity for Amazon India and Emerging Markets - Negotiate and structure large partnerships with industry stakeholders - Be the voice of creators to the WW and EM product team, build GTMs for new product roll-outs - Scale "fame, money and love" for Amazon creators via partnerships with brand and performance marketing and ads organizations - Iterate, learn, seed and herald change in social commerce trends, whilst maintaining and furthering customer-centricity.
Basic Qualifications
  • - 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - 8+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
