Requirements: Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst or similar analytical/business transformation role. Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating complex business requirements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to different audiences. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines. Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within collaborative teams. Strong proficiency with common business analysis, documentation, reporting, and productivity tools. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, technology, finance, operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
