Job Description
About Infiterra
Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery.
Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.
About the Role
We are seeking for commercial and data-driven Senior Business Analysts to join our Product team. As a Senior Business Analyst at Infiterra, you will sit at the intersection of product strategy and technical delivery. You will work side-by-side with product owners, developers, and stakeholders, helping translate business needs into clear technical requirements that empower the engineering team to execute efficiently in 3-week agile sprints.
This is not a documentation-only role. You are expected to deeply understand a technically complex SaaS product, and actively shape solutions alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the analysis and definition of business and functional requirements for product initiatives, from discovery through delivery
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements ready for sprint execution
Collaborate closely with engineering teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery to ensure shared understanding and feasibility
Work with APIs, integrations, and data flows, understanding how systems interact and where constraints exist
Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity at all stages
Challenge assumptions and propose better solutions, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and scalability
Support solution design by validating requirements against the existing architecture and SDLC practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of product discovery, requirements quality, and delivery processes
Monitor key product metrics and use data to propose process and product improvements
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a SaaS or software product environment
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic mindset and the ability to break down complex business problems
Experience producing user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria
Proven experience working closely with engineering teams delivering in agile, sprint-based frameworks
Strong understanding of the SDLC and how requirements translate into technical implementation
Solid understanding of API concepts, integrations, and and technical documentation
Clear communication skills and the confidence to challenge both business and technical stakeholders when needed
Bonus Points
Experience in B2B SaaS or platform products
Familiarity with complex domain models, workflows, or multi-tenant systems
Exposure to cloud-based architectures and integration-heavy ecosystems
Why This Role Matters
Infiterra’s product is technically complex and business-critical for its customers. This role ensures that what we build is not only valuable but also technically sound, scalable, and deliverable. As a Senior Business Analyst, your work directly impacts product quality, delivery speed, and customer outcomes.
Benefits
Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
Flexible working hours
Health and life insurance program
Learning & development budget
A passionate, international, and supportive team
If you feel you’re a great fit, please apply!
We’d love to hear from you!
All applications will be treated with confidentiality.
Please note that due to the high volume of CVs received, only candidates who are a good fit will be contacted for an interview.
