Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to be part of the team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable server-side applications and APIs. This role requires strong skills in Python web frameworks, database management, and a foundational understanding of integrating AI capabilities. The engineer will ensure high performance and reliability of all backend services.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience and expertise in Python development.
Proven experience with the FastAPI framework.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and relational database management.
Experience leveraging AI agents into the development lifecycle.
Strong experience consuming AI providers API’s for structured LLM-generated content.
Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Experience managing, monitoring, and debugging production environments.
Nice to Have
Experience developing browser extensions
Desktop development capabilities (macOS, Windows) using modern frameworks (QT, Electron)
Proficiency with AWS or another leading cloud platform.
Familiarity with Docker throughout the development lifecycle and in live environments.
