• Accountabilities: The Senior Associate, Risk Enablement will help optimize risk-related operations by analyzing data, improving workflows, maintaining controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements and supporting effective risk management practices. Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and other teams to support efficient and compliant risk operations. Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide insights and recommendations that enhance decision-making and strengthen risk processes. Collaborate with operational teams to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support scalable solutions. Maintain, test, and refine risk alerts, controls, and operating procedures to align with regulatory requirements and evolving risk patterns. Support change management initiatives by documenting processes, identifying improvements, and helping implement operational enhancements. Coordinate incident follow-up activities, track remediation efforts, and support timely resolution of operational issues. Leverage AI tools, analytics, and automation approaches to improve workflows and support better business outcomes. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience using data to solve business challenges and improve operational performance. Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience using data and analytics to address complex business problems. Experience applying AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar technologies to improve workflows, analyze information, or support decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience supporting process improvement, operational optimization, or change management initiatives preferred. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships. Project management experience and flexibility to support varying business needs are preferred.
