We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, Enterprise Regulated & Operational Communications Production in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of communications, technology, and regulated operations, ensuring that critical customer-facing communications are accurate, compliant, and delivered at scale. You will support end-to-end production of billing and enrollment communications that directly impact millions of consumers throughout their healthcare journey. Working in a highly collaborative and regulated environment, you will coordinate across business, IT, compliance, legal, and analytics teams to translate requirements into executable solutions. The position combines strong project execution, technical communication production, and Agile delivery support. It requires precision, speed, and a strong focus on quality and compliance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance communication workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Accountabilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of regulated and operational communication initiatives, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and compliance-driven requirements. Coordinate cross-functional delivery across design, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and compliance teams. Define and manage project timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risks while proactively resolving blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Translate business requirements into detailed documentation, including user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications. Own testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to ensure communications meet regulatory, operational, and performance standards. Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress tracking in collaboration with development teams. Execute and maintain smaller content updates within platforms such as SmartCOMM and OpenText to support larger production efforts. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance communication accuracy, efficiency, automation, and scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, project management, IT, or similar roles involving technical requirements, system delivery, or testing. Strong experience writing business and technical requirements, user stories, and translating needs into functional solutions. Hands-on experience working with structured data used in customer communications, including data mapping, validation, and personalized messaging logic. Proven ability to lead or influence cross-functional technical initiatives in regulated or complex environments without direct authority. Experience driving measurable improvements in process efficiency, quality, or delivery speed. Familiarity with communication production tools and environments (e.g., SmartCOMM, OpenText) and Agile methodologies. Preferred experience in healthcare billing and enrollment communications, CMS regulatory language, or related regulated industries. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $94,900 to $130,500 annually, depending on experience and location. Eligibility for performance-based bonus incentives.
