Role Overview

Real Chemistry is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Beyond Insights (Omnichannel Analytics) to help us build and scale our business intelligence practice for our media and omnichannel clients through advanced analytics, insights, and attribution modeling. We are looking for someone with hands-on-keyboard experience crafting analyses that answer clients’ key business questions about media performance. Reporting to the Director, Beyond Insights, this position will be client facing, with the opportunity to speak to ongoing deliverables and work with cross-functional media, strategy, and technology teams. You will get to use a new set of data partners to seamlessly integrate media and channel data flowing from partners into Tableau dashboards and ultimately client-facing performance reports. 

Location: This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Build, manage, and deliver time-based performance reporting for media and omnichannel campaigns (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting) 
  • Integrate media, channel, and partner data sources into Tableau dashboards and client-facing performance reports 
  • Conduct data exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and mining across structured media and marketing data sources 
  • Develop quantitative analyses, predictive models, and attribution approaches that explain how media programs are performing and where to optimize 
  • Craft analyses and insights that answer clients’ key business questions, and present findings directly to client and internal stakeholders 
  • Partner with media, strategy, data engineering, and marketing technology teams on measurement methodology and campaign execution 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence/advanced analytics/data analytics working closely with data 
  • Pharmaceutical media and marketing experience, with hands-on exposure to HCP and/or consumer omnichannel campaigns 
  • Experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, including the development of algorithms leveraging SQL, R or Python 
  • Experience working with relational databases and with Snowflake or Databricks 
  • Experience with visualization tools/packages such as Tableau or PowerBI, and with creating dashboards 
  • Experience with reporting in media tools like Google Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Campaign Manager and Adobe Experience Manager 
  • Experience building reports in Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations to senior clients externally or to senior internal stakeholders 
  • Formal training/education in quantitative/data analysis, and an understanding of causal inference 
  • Understanding of visual information design principles 
  • Knowledge of agile principles/project management and experience with agile tools and methodologies

Pay Range:  $70,000-$85,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
