You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-market customers, guiding them through complex buying journeys and tailoring solutions to their strategic needs. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, while consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. - Accountabilities: Drive new business acquisition within the mid-market segment and consistently exceed revenue targets. Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined sales execution. Conduct consultative discovery conversations to deeply understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions. Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations that clearly articulate value and business impact. Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Partner with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey. Continuously monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategy and improve performance. Requirements: 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in net new business acquisition. Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles across mid-market or enterprise customers. Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives. Demonstrated success in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline. Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong focus on solving business problems through value-based selling. Growth-oriented attitude with resilience, curiosity, and a strong drive to learn and improve.
