This role is focused on driving strategic new business and expansion opportunities within complex, high-growth industry verticals across North America and Europe. You will be responsible for introducing advanced enterprise software solutions into markets where the value of the technology must be clearly articulated and carefully adopted. The position requires a consultative, insight-driven sales approach, engaging senior stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels. You will build and execute territory strategies that uncover high-value opportunities and convert them into long-term customer relationships. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where pipeline generation, deal execution, and market expansion are central to success. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where cross-functional alignment and customer education are key to driving revenue growth. - Accountabilities: Drive new business and expansion revenue across growth markets in North America and Europe. Identify, qualify, and develop high-value enterprise accounts across complex and regulated industry verticals. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, operational, financial, and executive decision-makers. Develop tailored account strategies that align customer challenges with platform capabilities and measurable business outcomes. Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and opportunity management rigor. Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable input for product and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate deal progression. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical solution sales with ownership of new business or expansion revenue. Proven success in consultative, value-based selling to enterprise or strategic accounts. Strong ability to generate pipeline, manage territory strategy, and close complex deals. Experience working with technical or non-obvious product categories where buyer education is required. Excellent discovery skills with the ability to uncover business pain, operational gaps, and risk drivers. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Ability to build compelling business cases and drive urgency across multiple stakeholders. Experience working in remote-first, high-performance sales environments. Strong organizational skills in forecasting, qualification, and pipeline management. Ability to quickly learn complex products and translate them into customer value narratives.
