Job Description
A Little Bit About Us...
Pion produces award-winning technology for the biggest retailers on the planet, connecting them with the youth market. We're constantly innovating to offer new solutions that satisfy our consumers, drive ROI for our clients, and create an empowering workplace for our employees.
Life at Pion Where People Thrive
At Pion, we're driven by big ideas and bold thinkers.
Our purpose is clear We make it possible to reward those who shape our world, from Students to Healthcare workers and more. That mission demands diverse perspectives and a culture where everyone belongs.
Our people power everything we do from innovation to collaboration. We're here to break down barriers and build a space where everyone can grow, learn, and thrive—because affordability starts with empowered people.
Check out our SHARP values to find out more about our culture.
Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet 60% of the requirements, women and those in underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they tick every box. We don't think you should have to tick every box. We value your uniqueness, and it goes without saying that all applications are welcome, even if you don't think you fit the criteria.
Need any adjustments to support you with your application? Just drop us an email at [email protected].
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Salesforce & GTM Systems Architect to join us.
Responsibilities Include
- Own Salesforce day to day and lead how it develops as Pion grows — configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows and approval processes.
- Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, from complex flows and screen flows to custom objects, reports, dashboards and third-party integrations, solving our most significant commercial problems.
- Configure and adapt Salesforce and our wider go-to-market stack to support how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data and Finance actually work.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives end to end, from technical scoping through build.
- Follow development lifecycle best practice, releasing from sandbox to production on a regular schedule.
- Four or more years hands-on Salesforce admin experience with commercial impact you can point to, and Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent proven experience.
- Expert in Flow Builder, and strong across validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
- Confident across the core Sales Cloud objects: Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns and Cases.
- You've led complex cross-functional builds end to end, from scoping through build — not just config tweaks — including integrations you've built and maintained yourself.
- Strong data discipline: import, export, dedup, a real governance framework, and reporting built around pipeline, conversion and forecasting.
- Commercially minded, proactive and autonomous. You prioritise on impact rather than who asked loudest, work back from the business outcome, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across Sales, CS, Finance and Data.
