  • Job Offer: Sales Trainer Location: On-site (Nairobi, Kenya) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Nairobi, EAT) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Sales / Business Development Language Requirement: English proficiency Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, implement, and deliver training programs that develop and support sales teams, with a strong focus on early-career professionals. The Sales Trainer will play a key role in enhancing prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up skills, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement training programs (on-site, with occasional virtual sessions). Train SDRs and BDRs on core sales skills: prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up. Provide individual and group coaching sessions. Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify improvement opportunities. Track KPIs and optimize training programs accordingly. Create and update training materials to reflect best practices. Foster a continuous learning culture across the sales organization. Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in sales (ideally as a BDR/SDR). 1–2 years of experience in leadership roles. Strong understanding of the full sales cycle. Proven experience in sales training and coaching. CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar). Excellent communication and presentation skills.
