Build pipeline, manage follow-ups, and push opportunities forward with urgency

Work inbound leads and generate your own outbound opportunities

Hit revenue targets — every deal you close counts toward your earnings

Learn fast, apply feedback, and sharpen your sales skills daily

Grow your role — junior candidates get coaching, seasoned closers get autonomy

Hard skills

  • B2B sales experience of any type: SDR, closer, or full-cycle
  • Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and/or closing deals
  • CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Pipeline management and deal tracking

Soft skills

  • Competitive mindset — you care about winning
  • Coachable — you apply feedback fast
  • Persistent & resilient — objections don’t slow you down
  • Clear communicator — confident and persuasive
