Job Description
Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Remote, US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and referral sources
- Educate families and partners about ABA services, benefits, and the enrollment process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, schools, clinics, and community partners
- Conduct virtual consultations and discovery calls with parents/guardians
- Follow up consistently with warm leads to increase conversion rates
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM
- Collaborate with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably healthcare or ABA-related services
- Strong phone presence and excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
- Ability to follow up persistently and close deals
- Experience using CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Understanding of ABA services or healthcare industry (preferred but not required)
