Job Description
As Partner Sales – Core Banking Solutions (UK), you will play a pivotal role in expanding SAP Fioneer’s footprint across the banking sector. Acting as a trusted advisor at C-Suite level, you will identify opportunities, understand customer business drivers, and guide strategic engagements with leading banks in the region.
This role is highly entrepreneurial: you will drive market entry, open new accounts, and grow long-term client relationships. With your strong network and industry expertise, you will shape strategic deals and position SAP Fioneer as a partner of choice for digital transformation in banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and sales activities for core banking solutions in the UK market
- Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle: acquire new clients, expand into new accounts, and grow existing relationships
- Build and maintain value-driven, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers at major banks
- Develop compelling value propositions tailored to the challenges of core banking transformation
- Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling solutions that address client challenges and create measurable impact
- Contribute to regional go-to-market strategies and business planning to align with SAP Fioneer’s growth objectives
- 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within banking
- A proven delivery track record of software sales in the Banking industry, with a focus on Core Banking Solutions
- Excellent knowledge of the financial services landscape, current trends, and transformation drivers
- Deep understanding of core banking processes, systems, and current transformation drivers
- Established C-Level network in the Nordics banking landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior stakeholders effectively
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
