
Sales Operations Manager

Job Description
Your Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help scale our go-to-market engine in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will be the operational backbone for our Sales team — owning CRM infrastructure, improving pipeline visibility, strengthening forecasting accuracy, and ensuring our revenue processes can scale with rapid customer and product growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, Solutions and Success to optimize how we acquire, convert, and grow customers in a regulated, data-driven industry.
The strategy and operations team is 100% distributed and remote. This role will report directly to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager.
Things You Get To Do:
- Own day-to-day HubSpot administration, including workflows, automation, lead routing, data hygiene, reporting, and dashboards.
- Define and improve scalable sales processes, ensuring clean pipeline data, documentation and reporting.
- Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline health and support sales forecast reporting.
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack; evaluate and implement new tools to automate workflows and enhance rep efficiency.
- Support territory modelling, quota processes, and incentive compensation accuracy.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, and GTM leadership to ensure seamless handoffs, aligned processes, and strong tool adoption.
- Document and roll out new workflows; support training and enablement for global sales teams.
- Run ad-hoc analyses and assist with operational projects as assigned.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
- 3–5+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Operations (fintech or SaaS preferred).
- Strong CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools.
- Detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (not sure if this needs to be a must/ is standard in our JDs)
