Job Description
1. Own sales of public health projects in assigned countries/regions and achieve sales targets.
2. Identify, develop, and drive overseas government projects to successful award and implementation, engaging stakeholders such as Ministries of Health, national disease control agencies, and public hospitals.
3. Lead the end-to-end government tender/bidding process, including bid strategy, preparation of tender/proposal documents, commercial negotiations, and contract signing.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects, including delivery, customer acceptance, and timely payment collection.
5. Monitor and report on market intelligence in target countries, including public health policy updates, procurement rules, and broader market dynamics.

2. Familiar with government tendering/bidding processes, with hands-on experience in winning bids and/or delivering projects.
3. Candidates with experience working with local Ministries of Health, public hospital systems, or national-level public health projects are preferred.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above; major in International Trade, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, or related disciplines.
5. Use English as a working language; local language proficiency is a plus. Willing to travel abroad frequently or work on-site overseas.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure; good cross-cultural communication and adaptability.
