  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Lead – DTC & FMCG in India. This senior individual contributor role focuses on driving high-value revenue growth across DTC and FMCG advertising ecosystems. You will operate at the intersection of brands, agencies, and integrated media solutions, selling both performance-driven and content-led offerings. The role is designed for a commercially strong sales professional who can independently build pipeline from scratch and convert strategic opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will engage directly with senior marketing stakeholders across leading consumer categories, including beauty, wellness, food, and personal care. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will shape how brands leverage digital media, influencer ecosystems, and branded content. The role offers high ownership, strong visibility, and the opportunity to build meaningful enterprise relationships at scale.
  • Accountabilities You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across DTC and FMCG categories by building strong brand and agency relationships, managing the full sales lifecycle, and delivering consistent quota achievement. Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets across FMCG and DTC verticals, ensuring steady pipeline generation and deal closure. Build, expand, and activate relationships with senior marketers, brand leaders, and media agencies from the initial engagement stage. Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, closure, and renewals. Sell integrated media solutions including branded content, influencer programs, video, native advertising, programmatic, and emerging digital formats. Develop annual partnership strategies with key enterprise accounts and drive long-term revenue expansion. Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, and pipeline reporting to ensure visibility and accountability. Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital media sales and a proven ability to generate revenue in competitive FMCG and DTC markets, along with deep industry relationships and consultative selling expertise. 8–12 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising solutions, or integrated marketing partnerships. Proven track record of achieving ₹3 Cr+ annual revenue targets in prior roles. Strong network of decision-makers across DTC, FMCG, and agency ecosystems, with the ability to generate pipeline quickly. Deep understanding of integrated media solutions including content-led IPs, influencer marketing, programmatic, native, video, and performance-driven formats. Strong commercial acumen in pricing, deal structuring, negotiation, and annual account planning. Ability to independently manage full sales cycles and deliver early revenue impact from Month 1–2. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
