  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product and service teams to enhance offerings and client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
  • Strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTA) and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
