Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated Entry-Level Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career with a publicly traded company. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to merchants to conduct customer service surveys
- Clearly communicate company products/services and generate interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Manage web generated leads to provide to sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
