Sales Development Representative (Fintech SaaS)

We provide mission-critical software used by professional services firms to automate complex regulatory and compliance workflows. What You’ll Do

  • Drive Pipeline: Execute high-volume outbound sequences (Phone, Email, LinkedIn) into target mid-market accounts.
  • Qualify Intent: Run initial discovery calls to uncover firm pain points, budget, and urgency.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Account Executives to multi-thread into target professional services firms.
  • Master the Stack: Use modern sales tools to build and manage your own outbound territory.

What We’re Looking For

  • Grit: 0–2 years in a commercial, high-output role (SDR, Recruitment, or similar).
  • Communication: Concise written skills and the confidence to speak with senior stakeholders (Partners/Directors).
  • Coachability: You take feedback well and enjoy the "repetition of excellence."
  • Ambition: You want to move into a closing (AE) role within 12–18 months.
