Engagement: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to promote automotive performance products.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable parts or upgrade options.
  • Track and report performance against daily and weekly KPIs (calls made, conversions, proposals sent, revenue generated).
  • Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, manage pipelines, and update client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to streamline the quoting and invoicing process.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of car parts, performance upgrades, and tuning trends.

  • Proven sales experience (outbound SDR or Inside Sales).
  • Strong communication skills — confident, engaging, and personable on calls.
  • Comfortable working on structured sales KPIs and performance targets.
  • Proficient with HubSpot, Shopify, and Aircall (or similar CRM/dialer tools).
  • Available to work in PST or EST time zones.
  • Bonus: Knowledge or passion for automotive performance parts or aftermarket tuning.
  • Personality: Driven, motivated, and outgoing — we’ll verify fit through our DISC assessment.
