Job Description

We’re seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Sales Development Manager to lead and scale a team of eleven SDRs. Reporting to the Director of Brand Engagement, this role owns day-to-day performance, coaching, pipeline generation, and operational excellence across prospecting and outreach.

The ideal candidate is equal parts coach and operator — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performance culture, and knows how to motivate and develop a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 SDRs, driving accountability and performance
  • Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and skills training to elevate messaging and results
  • Own pipeline generation metrics and daily activity tracking
  • Create incentive programs (SPIFs, contests) to build energy and healthy competition
  • Optimize SDR workflows within CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Ensure data hygiene, accurate reporting, and KPI visibility
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and improve conversion
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the SDR function

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English required
  • 2–5+ years in SDR/BDR or Inside Sales
  • 2–3+ years managing SDR teams
  • Proven success driving outbound pipeline
  • Strong coaching and performance management skills
  • Deep understanding of SDR metrics and funnel conversion
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Data-driven, organized, high-energy leader

Nice to Have:

  • Experience scaling SDR teams in high-growth SaaS/startups (e-commerce and/or Amazon experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience building onboarding or training programs
  • Strong analytical skills with executive reporting experience
