Job Description
Position: Sales & Customer / Accounts Servicing Specialist\
Salary: 1,500 AUD per month
Working Hours & Conditions: 50 hrs/week (work one weekend day - Saturday or Sunday each week)
Holidays: TBD
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Sales & Customer / Accounts Servicing Specialist to support sales activities and manage client relationships. This role focuses on converting enquiries, servicing existing customers, driving upsells, and re-engaging inactive clients. Strong English communication skills and a proactive, organized approach are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Close orders from inbound leads and enquiries
- Service existing clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Upsell customers to higher-value meal plans and packages
- Follow up with inactive or dropped subscriptions
- Conduct outreach to potential individual and corporate clients
- Handle client calls as required
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoicing, and admin documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or client servicing, preferably in hospitality or F&B
- Basic understanding of food and nutrition is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls with clients
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups
