This role focuses on designing and delivering end-to-end robotic process automation solutions that improve efficiency and streamline enterprise business operations. You will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, architecting scalable RPA solutions, and guiding implementation across complex financial and operational processes. The position requires strong technical leadership combined with hands-on delivery expertise in automation platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams to ensure successful deployment of automation initiatives. The environment is fast-paced and delivery-focused, centered on driving measurable business value through automation. This is a contract opportunity suited for experienced architects who thrive in enterprise-scale transformation programs.
  • Accountabilities: Design and architect scalable RPA solutions to automate enterprise business processes across finance and operations functions. Lead end-to-end automation engagements, from requirements analysis through deployment and production support. Develop automation workflows using UiPath as the primary platform and contribute to solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform when applicable. Identify and assess automation opportunities within domains such as Accounts Payable, invoicing, purchase orders, and order entry. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define process improvements and translate requirements into technical automation designs. Lead and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of automation solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and scalable architecture principles across automation initiatives. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in automation, RPA, or enterprise process optimization roles. Strong hands-on expertise with UiPath (must-have). Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable. Proven background in automating finance-related processes, including AP, invoicing, procurement, and order management. Strong experience leading automation projects and managing distributed or offshore teams. Ability to design end-to-end RPA architectures and guide technical implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment.
