Daily Responsibilities:
- Contacted new and existing customers via phone and email to identify sales opportunities.
- Acquired and supported SMB advertisers by providing tailored business solutions.
- Qualified leads and collaborated with account managers to drive customer revenue growth.
- Used tools such as MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and sales activities.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Experience in Sales
- Experience with Social Media will be a plus
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
