What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and care journeys
- Managing inbound and outbound patient communication
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Proactively reducing missed appointments and delays
- Acting as the bridge between patients and care providers

- Coordinated patient care, scheduling, or healthcare operations
- Managed high-volume communication (calls, SMS, email)
- Worked with EMRs or healthcare systems
- Ensured accuracy in patient records and documentation

- NCLEX certification
- Experience in patient coordination or healthcare support roles
- Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare workflows
