Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This telehealth therapist role provides consistent mental health services to clients throughout Michigan. You’ll work within a structured clinical model that prioritizes client outcomes, ethical care, and manageable caseloads. The position is ideal for clinicians who prefer focused therapy work without in-office requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions on a set schedule
- Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress
- Communicate professionally with internal teams
- Follow state and telehealth practice guidelines
- Active Michigan LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience in clinical mental health practice
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing care in a fully remote setting
