About the Role
We are seeking a driven Remote Bilingual Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle in Latin America. If you thrive in lead generation, cold calling, closing deals and managing pipeline, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B sales with cold calling, discovery and demos.
- Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups.
- Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents.
- Follow up on proposals and contracts.
- Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements.
- Report daily activity & results.
- Fluent English & Spanish.
- 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
- Proven cold calling experience.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot desirable).
- Quiet workspace + reliable internet.
