This Sales Development Executive role emphasizes outbound sales development, cold calling, and pipeline creation. You’ll focus on enterprise B2B sales, outbound prospecting, and strategic deal closing with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Manage pipeline in CRM, record calls, follow-ups.
  • Customize proposals, send contracts & legal documents.
  • Follow up on proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with recruitment & HR for placements.
  • Report daily activity & results.

  • 2–5 years B2B sales (remote/outbound preferred).
  • Proven cold calling experience.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot desirable).
  • Quiet workspace + reliable internet.
