Job Description
1. Drive market development and achieve sales targets for pet healthcare/veterinary medical products across CIS countries (e.g., Russia, Kazakhstan).
2. Develop and manage regional distributors, agents/representatives, and key accounts; build channel coverage and long-term partnerships.
3. Lead go-to-market activities for veterinary product lines, including commercial negotiations, contract execution, and order follow-up.
4. Partner with internal teams to support product optimization, delivery, and after-sales service to ensure successful project/order fulfillment.
5. Continuously gather and report regional market insights, including competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and policy updates, and provide feedback to HQ.

3. Experience in veterinary medicine or animal health products is strongly preferred.
4. Familiar with overseas B2B sales models; strong channel development and commercial negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to travel internationally and ability to work effectively in cross-cultural business environments.
6. Results-driven with strong execution, capable of independently driving regional business growth.
