  • Accountabilities: As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for the Brazil market, managing a team of strategic account professionals and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will combine leadership, commercial expertise, and market insight to expand customer adoption while building a strong and collaborative sales culture. Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategic account professionals focused on achieving regional sales, bookings, and revenue objectives. Create and execute territory and industry strategies by analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Develop accurate sales forecasts, pipeline strategies, and growth plans aligned with overall business objectives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve team performance and sales outcomes. Collaborate with marketing, renewals, operations, and other internal teams to optimise pipeline health, customer retention, and deal execution. Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent while building a strong pipeline of future team members. Build a high-performance, inclusive team culture through coaching, clear expectations, feedback, and professional development. Enable the sales team with strong product knowledge, market insights, and positioning strategies relevant to the Brazil market. Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and executive stakeholders. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a strong track record in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments. You should have demonstrated success leading teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and exceeding commercial objectives in complex markets. Progressive experience in field sales leadership and sales operations within software, SaaS, open-source technology, DevOps, or related industries. Proven success managing and developing account-focused sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and growth targets. Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for the Brazil market. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance data and adapt strategies accordingly. Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Marketo, or similar platforms to manage forecasts, territories, and pipelines. Ability to analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Interest in technology, innovation, and open-source ecosystems is highly valued.
