This role contributes to pipeline generation, acceleration, and customer expansion through a mix of field marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and regional campaigns.

You will act as a key partner to our go-to-market organization, developing a deep understanding of your region to prescribe high-impact programs that align with business priorities. What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis across all programs.
  • Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression.
  • Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns and tailored to regional needs.
  • Track and report on program performance, using data and AI-driven insights to optimize pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Partner cross-functionally across all marketing teams, GTM functions, and key stakeholders such as Finance.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors while proactively identifying risks and solving issues.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Located in Central or Eastern time zone
  • 3+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve marketing performance, targeting, campaign execution, and decision-making (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
  • Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
  • Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
  • Experience with both hosted and third-party events
  • Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking) and marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel (~40%)

Bonus Points For:

  • An ownership mindset with accountability for regional outcomes and pipeline impact
  • Strategic thinking paired with strong execution skills
  • A data-driven approach to measuring success and optimizing performance
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
  • Experience using AI to improve operational efficiency, scale programs, and drive smarter decision-making
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality experiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with Sales and cross-functional partners
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $92,000.  Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
