Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Timezone: UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard 15 new tutors per month aligned with the company’s academic standards.
  • Match tutors and students within 48 hours of a request, ensuring a seamless experience for both sides.
  • Create and post simple, engaging content on social media 4–5 times a week (primarily on Instagram).
  • Use tools like Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, and Instagram to manage tasks and collaborate with the team.
  • Assist with tutor negotiations, including discussing salary rates where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure smooth internal operations alongside the existing Ops teammate.

  • Fluent in English with strong written/spoken communication skills.
  • Comfortable negotiating and speaking confidently with new hires and team members.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Google Drive, Canva, and Instagram.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics—able to recognise and maintain visual consistency (no design background needed).
  • Proactive mindset, great team player
