About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Recruitment Manager to lead Valatam’s remote Recruitment function. The role owns recruitment strategy, team performance, sourcing channels, process optimization, KPIs, candidate quality, ATS accuracy, and executive reporting across high-volume and specialized hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Recruitment team, establish performance standards, and ensure accountability for hiring results.
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring targets.
- Validate hiring requests and assign searches based on urgency, complexity, recruiter capacity, and experience.
- Oversee high-volume and specialized hiring, conduct second interviews, and approve candidates for introduction.
- Develop and optimize sourcing channels, talent pipelines, partnerships, and outreach strategies.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, funnel conversion, recruiter performance, cost per hire, and early pipeline indicators.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes, time to hire, candidate quality, and team productivity.
- Coach Recruiters and Sourcers, manage performance, and support onboarding and development.
- Ensure accurate ATS usage, pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, reporting, and hiring forecasts.
- Report recruitment performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
- 2+ years managing recruitment teams in staffing, BPO, outsourcing, or a similar industry.
- 2–5 years managing full-cycle recruitment strategies.
- Proven experience with high-conversion sourcing, mass recruitment, and specialized hiring.
- Experience with recruitment KPIs, process optimization, ATS management, team coaching, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience recruiting for international or US-based clients (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Quiet home office, stable internet, and a backup connection.
