Job Opening: Recruiter / Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Salary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews and schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Use ATS and CRM systems to update candidate and client information accurately.
- Assist with administrative duties related to recruitment and customer service operations.
- Support the team in improving recruitment and service delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment and customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Clickup and Indeed experience preferred
