Job Description

Job Opening: Recruiter / Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews and schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Use ATS and CRM systems to update candidate and client information accurately.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to recruitment and customer service operations.
  • Support the team in improving recruitment and service delivery processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Clickup and Indeed experience preferred
