Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Staffing for Doctors (S4D) | Full-Time, Remote | US Pacific Time hours
We're hiring a Recruiter / TA Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for support roles placed with our US-based clients. This is a full-time, exclusive position with long-term growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a variety of support roles
- Run intake calls with clients and translate requirements into hiring criteria
- Manage candidate pipelines in Workable and keep trackers current
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate scheduling across PDT/PST timezones
- Maintain reporting on funnel metrics, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness
- Partner with the recruitment and operations team on hiring strategy
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven sourcing skills on LinkedIn, job boards, and through outbound outreach
- Strong written and spoken English
- Own working laptop/desktop
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work US Pacific Time hours consistently
- Available to commit 40 hours/week exclusively to S4D
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for healthcare, medical, or allied health roles
- Experience in remote staffing or outsourcing environments
- Familiarity with international or U.S.-based recruitment processes
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting
- Familiarity with Workable or similar ATS platforms
