Job Opening: Recruiter / Scheduler
Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Pay: South African Rands (ZAR)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Organize and update applicant tracking systems and calendars to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.
- Support administrative duties related to recruitment and scheduling as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment and scheduling coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
