This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on shaping large-scale public sector transformation through technology, learning, and workforce development solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior government and enterprise stakeholders, guiding complex buying committees through structured discovery, value definition, and solution design. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and solution architecture, requiring both commercial acumen and deep expertise in HR tech and learning ecosystems. You will translate organizational challenges into scalable, outcome-driven solutions that combine platform capabilities, services, and learning strategy. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, services, and marketing teams, you will help define how solutions are positioned and delivered in the public sector. This is a highly influential role requiring strong executive presence and the ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Accountabilities: You will lead end-to-end solution strategy and advisory engagement for public sector clients, shaping transformation programs and ensuring alignment between business outcomes, platform capabilities, and learning strategies. Lead structured discovery processes with complex public sector buying committees across HR, IT, learning, and executive stakeholders. Develop compelling executive-level business cases and value narratives that support large-scale transformation initiatives. Architect end-to-end solutions combining platform capabilities, services, learning design, and change enablement. Act as a subject matter expert on HR tech ecosystems, including LMS/LXP, HCM, skills intelligence, and analytics platforms. Advise clients on workforce transformation, learning strategy, and organizational capability development grounded in adult learning principles. Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, services, and marketing to design scalable, commercially viable solutions. Translate customer insights into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and improved go-to-market strategies. Requirements: You bring extensive consulting and solution architecture experience, particularly within complex enterprise or public sector environments. 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or transformation-focused advisory roles. Proven success engaging U.S. public sector or federal government clients and navigating procurement and stakeholder processes. Strong background in HR tech, learning systems, workforce transformation, or skills intelligence ecosystems. Deep understanding of HR technology stacks including HCM, LMS/LXP, and analytics platforms. Experience building executive-level business cases and influencing senior leadership decisions. Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and learning experience strategy. Exceptional communication, storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive audiences. Ability to operate in ambiguous environments while maintaining structured, outcome-driven approaches. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities with a consulting mindset.
