Job Description
Since 2012, our client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and a range of digital products, establishing itself as a reliable market partner. The company focuses on continuous technological development, architectural sustainability, and high team autonomy. It specializes in creating innovative turnkey and white-label solutions for iGaming operators, integrating top gaming products, and supporting clients throughout the licensing process in the iGaming industry. Its deep expertise has enabled successful project launches across multiple international markets. A distributed team of over 400 professionals working across two offices in Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the company’s portfolio of iGaming providers: coordinate communications, timelines and launches
- Negotiate and finalize promo and tournament terms with providers and clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Enter, manage and track all approved promo tasks and timelines in the CRM; ensure data and status updates are accurate
- Create, maintain, and update tournament and promo boards (client-facing and internal)
- Assist finance with monthly report reconciliation and discount/commission tracking
- Maintain and grow partner relationships to secure favorable promo opportunities and long-term collaboration
- Quickly resolve operational issues and adapt priorities when needed
- 2+ years of experience in roles such as Customer Support Specialist, Account Manager, or Partner Relationship Manager
- Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (B2B/B2C) and key industry metrics such as GGR, Turnover, and NGR
- Experience working with Excel and Jira
- Proficiency in Russian and English (C1 level)
- Strong data handling skills, attention to detail, and high level of responsibility
- Good time management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills
